Join Visit Cheyenne, Harding Ranch Beef, Pine Bluffs Distilling and Crow Creek Catering on Saturday October 10, 2026 for a four-course meal pairing the best regional produce, Harding Ranch Beef and Pine Bluffs Distilling Spirits. The evening will toast the spirit of Wyoming, the people and the land that fill our plates, our communities, and our hearts.

This globally inspired menu takes you on a culinary journey, pairing flavors from around the world with the exceptional beef and spirits of Wyoming.
Cocktail Hour ~ Delightful bites from the garden ~
1st Course ~ Argentinian-Grilled Hanger Steak with Chimichurri ~
2nd Course ~ Ancestral Beef Kofta served atop a Greek Salad, paired with a Pomegranate Sling ~
3rd Course ~ Southern Sirloin Tip Roast served over Wilted Greens, paired with a Maple Oat Fashioned ~
4th Course~ Italian Cannoli, paired with a Hot Toddy ~
Saturday, October 10th
4:30 PM ~ Bus leaves Cheyenne
5:00 PM – 6:00 PM ~ Cocktail Hour
6:00 PM ~ Distillery Tour
6:30 PM ~ Doors Open
9:15 PM (approximately) ~ Bus returns to Cheyenne
This is a 21+ event. Each ticket includes a four-course dining experience, a welcome cocktail, barrel tasting, and thoughtfully paired cocktails with each course. Additional spirits will be available for purchase.
Leave the driving to us. Enjoy round-trip transportation aboard Visit Cheyenne’s 36-passenger motor coach, traveling from the Cheyenne Depot to Pine Bluffs Distilling. The coach departs the Depot Plaza promptly at 4:30 PM and will return from the distillery approximately 9:15 PM.
